Our fleet of courtesy cars all less than two years old which make sure that we keep you motoring while we take care of repairing your vehicle. This comprises of 'A' class cars including Automatics and light vans and in conjunction with local hire companies we can offer you reasonable rates for upgrading your courtesy car if required.

3.Estimates
Each vehicle is examined in great detail. Our estimators prepare an in depth, fully itemised estimate using the latest computer aided and video imaging systems this allows us to gain authorisation from your Insurance Company to proceed with repairs. We are approved repairers for many Insurance Companies and approved by Renault and Rover. This means that repairs can commence straight away without the need for multiple estimates, making getting your car repaired easy.

4.Repair and Re-alignment
Caroliner computerised jigs allow our panel repair technicians to repair your vehicle to great accuracy. We align your vehicle to manufacturers specification, together with computerised four-wheel alignment. We are able to provide a printed report on both, which means that you know when your car has been repaired it is right!

5.Re-finish
Having been repaired its now time for the cosmetics that most people see and understand - the paintwork. At Penzance Crash Repair we have three manufacturer approved paint systems covered by anti corrosion warranties, using the latest technology including environmentally friendly water based paints. Two Blowtherm ovens equipped with Junair movement blowers assist in the drying process after the application of the water based paint, followed by the application of clear gloss lacquer which is then oven baked to give factory hard finish. With the aid of two computerised paint mixing machines and access to thousands of paint formulations our painters are able to mix and match the exact amount of paint required to repaint your vehicle.

6.Valet and Quality Control
After your vehicle has been re assembled it undergoes a full exterior and interior clean together with a full systems check and thorough quality inspection before being given the clearance to be handed back to you.
